UNION HALL ARTS is the hub for the arts in Atlantic City, featuring a 600sqft classroom and gallery space, two private artist studios, a screen-printing shop, and muralist workspace. Union Hall Arts screens films, hold lectures and workshops for artists, and will offer an Artist-in-Residence program in the near future. We Are located in the Tony’s Baltimore Grill Complex on Iowa and Atlantic Ave. in Atlantic City, NJ.

Jim Dessicino Co-Founder and Instructor; was born in Atlantic City in 1985.

Jim is a multi-disciplinary representational artist. Dessicino taught at University of the Arts, Philadelphia, University of Delaware, Stockton University and Fleisher Art Memorial, Philadelphia. He is also the Program Director for Rome Art Residencies.

Dessicino received the Faith in Form Award from the AIA Interfaith Forum on Religion, Art and Architecture in 2016 with his friend and collaborator Eòin Burke. In 2015, Dessicino was an artist in residence at La Chateau de La Napoule in southern France. He worked as a studio assistant to Titus Kaphar from 2010 – 2012 and led tours of the Vatican Museums from 2007 – 2009.
